This is a delicious, organic Mediterranean herbal stock. The stock is made from 69% raw vegetables, such as carrot, onion, parsnip and dried tomato, supplemented with a mix of herbs such as paprika, rosemary, fennel, garlic, thyme, oregano, chervil and tarragon.
The stock is ideal as a base for Mediterranean dishes, such as antipasti, pasta, rice and vegetable dishes, but also for fish and meat dishes. Thanks to the natural ingredients, the broth is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, and contains no added preservatives. The stock has a shelf life of at least 9 months, even after opening.
