A global concept The first principle of the Supersec dynamic is the following: the dried product (let's consider the mushroom) is not a substitute for the fresh product, but rather an amplified version of this product. It is not less but more. From this idea, acting as a prism, various strong notions have emerged, defining today the global concept "Supersec". Good to eat, good to think Our products come from particularly "clean" sites, productive because they are protected, maintained by a local, food-producing and beneficial activity. Our range of dry products will always emphasise taste by working with exceptional natural products without additives. On the other hand, the artisanal side of our range will highlight the know-how and tradition of our craftsmen. Some like it dry It turns out that, among the age-old techniques of stock management, drying is the most economical and widespread. The wind, the sun or, more recently, the electric oven do the trick. After a few tests, we know that the electric oven, at low temperature, with a high thermal inertia, gives the best results. It removes water without altering the taste and nutritional properties of the dried product. Drying allows a food to retain its potential, avoiding: the inevitable oxidation of its cells, the alteration of its taste, smell and colour, and the destruction of the nutrients it contains during transport and storage.
