Nice to meet you! I am Kim, since September 2023 the proud owner of Studio Parkiet, a fully sustainable card brand. A few years ago I made Christmas cards for family and friends. This was great fun to do and I felt the itch to make more illustrations. After long doubts, I decided to follow my creative entrepreneurial dream and register as a self-employed person as a secondary activity. Studio Parkiet was born, yay! Studio Parkiet stands for cheerful and playful designs with themes that are close to myself. I am passionate about nature and conscious living, and love a joke. Because we like to contribute to our nature, we didn't have to think twice about making our products completely sustainable. So good for the planet! From my home in Borgerhout (Antwerp), I think about new concepts every day, together with my wife Margot and our cat Ginger. All designs are drawn (digitally) by ourselves. Our mission: to bring people closer together by sending greeting cards again. Everything goes faster, which also makes contacts more volatile. Taking the time to write down a beautiful message can make a world of difference for the recipient.
