DUST is a collection of ceramic cups and plates made out of natural clay. These oven plates were designed to both serve the cooking and the dining.
They have a particular shape embracing both minimalism and refinement. The glossy glaze is beautifully in contrast with the rough natural red clay.
It’s Belgian design and handmade by Studio NVD. Many drawings and trials preceded the success of this beautiful design.
The oven plates are made of dark red clay, with a glossy dark blue glaze. The plate has an organic rectangle shape, made in two versions: 2,5 cm height and 5 cm height. They can both be used as an oven plate as well as a serving plate.

Studio NVD is a Belgian based company and founded by Nathalie Van Damme in 2021. The Studio designs and produces handmade ceramics. Nathalie has a fascination for contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. She looks for a balance between both worlds and has designed tableware that embraces both minimalism and refinement. She is a strong believer in a sustainable and local production. She uses natural clays and works with traditional techniques and materials, while maintaining that contemporary look. This is nicely reflected in her new collection of tableware called DUST, made in dark red clay contrasted with a dark glossy blue.
