Composed with only organic ingredients (like all our products), we prepare it with recycled sourdough bread, flour, a little fat, spices (a hint of cinnamon, green anise, ginger, nutmeg and cloves), garlic and a little salt. Only good natural products, unprocessed, without additives or preservatives. In short, cookies as if you had made them at home.

Composée avec uniquement des ingrédients bio (comme tous nos produits), nous la préparons avec du pain au levain recyclé, de la farine, un peu de matière grasse, des épices (une pointe de cannelle, d’anis vert, de gingembre, de muscade et de girofle), de l’ail et un peu du sel. Que de bons produits naturels, non transformés, sans additif, ni conservateur. Bref, des biscuits comme si vous les aviez faits à la maison.
