The Medical Diary is the perfect record keeper for your child; it keep all the important documents you need for your child’s appointments so that you have everything you need on hand, always!
With an easily accessible compartment designed to fit the standard issue Mutterpass (pregnancy diary for our non-German speaking friends), two full sized document compartments, four insurance card slots and pockets for both vaccination reports and appointments, the Medical Diary still has room for more! Two additional compartments are spaciously designed to fit the normal check-up reports (Kinder U-Heft and Zahnarzt U-Heft), and a clear plastic (made from recycled soft PVC ) photo pocket and a cloud shaped pocket perfect to hold your most recent ultrasound scan or your favorite photo.
The medical diary is beautifully packed in an envelop sleeve (made from recycled PET bottles with our signature pattern) to protect from dust.
