The effortless lightness and the feeling of space that can be felt in the birch forest can be staged quickly and easily in the room with our panels.
Application:
Since the bark comes from the Nordic birch and was carefully harvested, the product is particularly stable and at the same time malleable. With our product it is possible to cover 1. large areas and 2. different surfaces such as columns and vaults. The possible applications range from trade fair, stage and shop construction to use in private living spaces.
Variants:
By default, we mount the birch bark on solid panels. In addition, a variant on flexible plywood is also available, which can be used to encase columns, for example. If you have any questions about this, please contact us directly at sagaan.
Standard sizes available also include panels that are floor to ceiling measuring 250cm by 20cm.
The panels are mounted either on multiplex or maritime pine supports.
For assembly we recommend hidden click systems from ButtonFix. They are suitable for solid supports such as wood, concrete walls, etc. (Depending on the nature of the wall, you should use Ø 5.0 mm countersunk screws. These are not included). You need 4 systems per panel and 6 systems from a panel length of 200 cm.
In addition, marking aids for the wall are required for correct attachment. You need as many markers per order as there are ButtonFix systems on your largest panel (4 or 6, as they can be reused for other panels). You can add these to the shopping cart as a separate product (see below).
Optionally, you can also get Grip It systems from us for plasterboard walls to fix the Button-Fix solution to lightweight walls.

Die mühelose Leichtigkeit und das Gefühl der Weite, die im Birkenwald spürbar sind, lassen sich durch unsere Paneele schnell und anwendungsfreundlich im Raum inszenieren.
Anwendung:
Da die Rinde von der nordischen Birke stammt und schonend geerntet wurde ist das Produkt besonders stabil und gleichzeitig formbar. So ist es mit unserem Produkt möglich, 1. große Flächen und 2. unterschiedliche Oberflächen, wie Säulen und Wölbungen zu verkleiden. Die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten reichen über Messe-, Bühnen- und Ladenbau bis hin zur Nutzung in privaten Wohnräumen.
Varianten:
Standardmäßig montieren wir die Birkenrinde auf festen Platten. Zusätzlich ist auch eine Variante auf biegbarem Sperrholz erhältlich, mit der sich etwa Säulen ummanteln lassen. Bitte wendet euch bei Fragen dazu direkt an uns bei sagaan.
Zu den verfügbaren Standardgrößen gehören auch Paneele, die raumhoch sind und 250 cm auf 20 cm messen.
Die Paneele werden wahlweise auf Multiplex- oder Seekieferträgern aufgebracht.
Zur Montage empfehlen wir versteckte Klicksysteme von ButtonFix. Sie eignen sich für feste Träger wie Holz, Betonwände etc. (Je nach Wandbeschaffenheit sollten Sie Senkkopfschrauben Ø 5,0 mm verwenden. Diese sind nicht enthalten). Du benötigst pro Paneel 4 Systeme und ab einer Paneellänge von 200 cm 6 Systeme.
Zusätzlich sind für die korrekte Anbringung Markierungshilfen für die Wand notwendig. Dabei brauchst du pro Bestellung so viele Marker, wie ButtonFix-Systeme an deiner größten Paneele (4 oder 6, da für weitere Paneele wiederverwendbar). Diese kannst du als separates Produkt in den Warenkorb legen (siehe unten).
Optional erhältst du bei uns für Gipskartonwände zusätzlich Grip It-Systeme zur Fixierung der Button-Fix-Lösung an Leichtbauwände.
Wir können die Systeme bereits für dich vormontieren oder liefern ButtonFix zur Selbstmontage.

Sagaan dared to take a first step in 2005 when we set up a manufacture for traditional birch bark products in the therapeutic therapy facility “Istok”. The taiga is the largest forest belt in the world and thus the lungs of the blue planet. Overexploitation and destruction are particularly serious here. We pay attention to sustainable forest management and develop criteria for the use of our raw materials.
