Material
This side table is made of mango wood from India. Mango wood is produced as a by-product of mango cultivation. When mango trees produce fewer fruits after about 15 years, they are replaced by new plantings. The wood is then processed into furniture, giving it a second life.
Mango wood is known for its strength, natural color variations and visible wood grain. Because it is a natural product, color, grain and structure differ per piece of furniture.
Maintenance
The wood is finished with a water-based coating that provides protection against daily use and light moisture stains. We recommend removing spilled liquids immediately and using coasters.
Because wood can react to changes in temperature and humidity, we recommend a humidity between 40% and 60%. It is preferable not to place the furniture directly next to radiators or air conditioning.

Materiaal
Deze sidetable is gemaakt van mangohout uit India. Mangohout ontstaat als bijproduct van de mangoteelt. Wanneer mangobomen na ongeveer 15 jaar minder vruchten produceren, worden ze vervangen door nieuwe aanplant. Het hout wordt vervolgens verwerkt tot meubels, waardoor het een tweede leven krijgt.
Mangohout staat bekend om zijn sterkte, natuurlijke kleurvariaties en zichtbare houttekening. Omdat het een natuurproduct is, verschillen kleur, nerf en structuur per meubel.
Onderhoud
Het hout is afgewerkt met een watergedragen coating die bescherming biedt tegen dagelijks gebruik en lichte vochtvlekken. Wij adviseren om gemorste vloeistoffen direct te verwijderen en onderzetters te gebruiken.
Omdat hout kan reageren op veranderingen in temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid, adviseren wij een luchtvochtigheid tussen de 40% en 60%. Plaats het meubel bij voorkeur niet direct naast radiatoren of airconditioning.
