Instructions for preparation and use
Soak in cold water for approx. 8 hours and then cook with fresh water until done. For older beans or hard water, baking soda or baking soda will help for a faster result.

Zubereitungs- und Verwendungshinweis
ca. 8h in kaltem Wasser einweichen und anschließend mit frischem Wasser gar kochen. Bei älteren Bohnen oder hartem Wasser hilft Natron oder Backpulver für ein schnelleres Ergebnis.
