Very nice products, but receiving the correct items took about a month and required multiple follow-ups with Orderchamp. For seasonal products 1 month is very long. In addition, I find some of the pricing to be misleading — for example, showing “3 products for 1 price” creates the impression that you will receive three items, when in fact only one is delivered. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I will not be placing another order.

Great product, only negative is that the product arrived on a half pallet made of chipped wood instead of the traditional pallets or the heavy duty new carboard pallets. My pallet guy wont take it and I can't recycle it. It means loading it in my car and paying €40 at my local dump to dispose of it.
