These planners are distinguished by the fact that you can plan per quarter of an hour on each planner and that you have the same amount of writing space for each day of the week. There are low-stimulus planners available that are particularly useful in the case of, for example, overstrain, burnout or if you are highly sensitive or have NAH, ADHD or autism. With these planners you can very accurately plan your time and energy per quarter of an hour. The planners are also designed in a practical and efficient way with as much writing space as possible. The very first planner arose during my own burnout because I needed the clear and well-arranged planner with more writing space than one or at most two lines per hour. I wanted to be able to properly distribute my energy and did not find a suitable tool for that. I have now developed my own planner line to provide as many people as possible who feel the same need as me with a nice tool. Each planner is designed by myself and the range continues to grow.
