Après une sélection rigoureuse des matières premières, nos tagliatelles (4 mm) sont élaborées artisanalement par laminage puis séchées à basse température et longue durée (18-20 heures). Le travail en douceur de la pâte avec notre laminoir permet une cuisson ultra-rapide (2 à 4 minutes).
Nos tagliatelles bénéficient d'un ensachage manuel et méticuleux, garantie d'un conditionnement soigné.
