PANDA Botanicals started making Eco Soy Wax Candles in 2017 to provide an alternative to the toxic paraffin candles sold on the high street. We felt the need to come up with a natural alternative, a product that kept the same high standards as other luxury brands but didn't have the downfalls (poor air quality, sooting, huge carbon footprint). With this mission in mind PANDA Botanicals was born and our aim to provide you with a greener home-ware choice is always at the forefront of everything we do. We hand pour our candles in to functional tins and jars which are perfect for everyday use. They can be recycled, or as we'd prefer you to do, re-used! Soy Wax can be easily cleaned out with warm soapy water - and the containers can be re-used for all sorts (plant pots, pen holders...another candle). All of our fragrances are phthalate free and cruelty free, our wicks are cotton core (no zinc!) and our wax is a mixture of rapeseed and soy - it's much better to use a wax that started life as a plant than to use the dregs from the bottom of an oil drum, in our opinion.
