Leather and macrame dreadlock bead with brass details

☼ Unique leather dreadlock beads are handcrafted and handknotted. I use scrap-leather, as I find it very important to re-use good material. The macramé is made with the highest quality of thread, and the small gold-like beads are hand casted 100% raw brass beads. Neither the macramé or the beads will discolor.
☼ To make these leather dread beads I used the best materials, resulting in long-lasting beauty. The leather is strong and can handle water quite well. I do even shower (and soap) with them in my hair, and after a year they still look beautifull! Fade-resistant.
☼ You can select a diameter - variating between 6mm and 20mm - that will best fit your dreadlocks. Note that with different diameter, the design changes a bit.

Nomadu stands for creating and moving, finding inspiration all over the world and sharing its beauty with you. I combine different craft techniques to make unique jewelry. All products are made handmade by me, Anne. The idea of Nomadu was born when I was traveling through Europe in a van for a year in 2015. I always love to craft so I was constantly making items with natural pieces I found in nature or at local markets. Soon the van was filled with creations and I started to give away. The people I met encouraged me to start selling my pieces online and on festivals. The start of Nomadu! Once back in the Netherlands, I continued to grow my collection. It evolved a lot over the years. In 2019 we moved to Portugal to chase further our dreams. We found a beautiful house in surrounded by nature with amazing views. In 2021 we welcomed our daughter Hebe. With my pieces I love to inspire others to be their authentic selves, to follow their own paths.
