Rooted in the jewellery tradition of Central Tibet, this pendant pays homage to the historic Kalsang (“Auspicious”) gau design with two intersecting squares that represent crossed vajras. The pendant features a mandala-inspired shape, 18k gold plating over brass, and a beautiful faux turquoise centerpiece. While the traditional gau were amulet boxes used to hold sacred relics, this modern iteration retains the meaningful essence of its origins, blending heritage with contemporary minimalism.
