About Leo la Douce
In our studio, each product is designed, illustrated, designed and packaged by ourselves. We create our designs and illustrations the way we like them best: unique, imaginative, with a love of detail. Most of our motifs and patterns are created analogously with brush, pen and paint, which is why we regard each one as a little treasure - inspired by the beauty of nature and the many stories that life tells.
Leo la Douce was founded in 2016 by Leonie & Jörn. The heart and soul of our studio is Leonie. When she paints she is in another world. Magical ideas and stories are created in this world, which are captured in unique illustrations through color and form.
In the knowledge that everything we have comes from nature, we attach great importance to the responsible use of our resources and the use of environmentally friendly materials. For example, our cards are printed on Gmund hemp paper, which has been awarded the "German Sustainability Prize".
All products are printed and manufactured in Germany and assembled and shipped in our studio.
As an illustration and lifestyle brand, our goal is to brighten up everyday life and bring a little joy. Leo la Douce ist ein Atelier für Illustration und Design mit Schwerpunkt auf Papeterie und Wandkunst.
In unserem Atelier wird jedes Produkt von uns selbst entworfen, illustriert, designed und verpackt. Wir entwerfen unsere Designs und Illustrationen so, wie sie uns am besten gefallen: Einzigartig, fantasievoll, detailverliebt. Die meisten unserer Motive und Muster entstehen analog mit Pinsel, Stift und Farbe, weshalb wir jedes einzelne als einen kleinen Schatz betrachten - inspiriert von der Schönheit der Natur und den vielen Geschichten, die das Leben erzählt.
Gegründet wurde Leo la Douce 2016 von Leonie & Jörn. Herz und Seele unseres Ateliers ist Leonie. Wenn sie malt ist sie in einer anderen Welt. In dieser Welt entstehen zauberhafte Ideen und Geschichten, die durch Farbe und Form in einzigartigen Illustrationen festgehalten werden.
In dem Bewusstsein, dass alles was wir haben der Natur entstammt, legen wir großen Wert auf einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit unseren Ressourcen und die Verwendung umweltfreundlicher Materialien. Unsere Karten werden beispielsweise auf ein Hanfpapier von Gmund gedruckt, das mit dem "Deutschen Nachhaltigkeitspreis" ausgezeichnet wurde.
Alle Produkte werden in Deutschland gedruckt und gefertigt und in unserem Atelier konfektioniert und verschickt.
Als Illustrations- und Lifestyle-Marke ist es unser Ziel, den Alltag zu verschönern und ein wenig Freude zu bereiten.
