Made on the Coquerel farm in Aisne by Etienne and André, two childhood friends, sons of farmers, Chips Française is the result of their desire to undertake and their passion for aperitifs and good local French products.
La Chips Française proudly displays the values and quality of 100% French! Starting with the potatoes: they are grown in the fields of the family farm which surround the artisanal chip factory. Delicately salty, the Chips Française is supplied by the only salt producer in Hauts-de-France, Xavier Helsmoortel, who makes his fleur de sel from water harvested at Cap Gris-Nez on the Deux Caps site. Cooked in cold-pressed sunflower oil, it obtains its light golden color, with the fruity odor and subtle flavor of fresh sunflower seeds, without coloring, without preservatives and without GMOs.

Fabriquée à la ferme de Coquerel dans l’Aisne par Etienne et André, deux amis d’enfance, fils de paysans, la Chips Française est le résultat de leur envie d’entreprendre et de leur passion pour l’apéro et pour les bons produits du terroir français.
La Chips Française affiche fièrement les valeurs et la qualité du 100% Français ! À commencer par les pommes de terre : elles sont cultivées dans les champs de l’exploitation familiale qui entourent la chipserie artisanale. Délicatement salée, la Chips Française est approvisionnée par l'unique producteur de sel des Hauts-de-France, Xavier Helsmoortel, qui façonne sa fleur de sel à partir d’eau récoltée au Cap Gris-Nez sur le site des Deux Caps. Cuite à l'huile de tournesol pressée à froid, elle obtient ainsi sa légère couleur dorée, à l’odeur fruitée et à la saveur subtile de graines de tournesol fraîches, sans colorant, sans conservateur et sans OGM.
