The world’s first milled carbon steel crepe pan, made in Anderstorp, Sweden. A practical and durable 18 cm crepe pan made of 100% carbon steel. The 4 mm thick base ensures even and energy-efficient heat distribution. Our seasoning process using Swedish vegetable oils provides unique cooking properties and, over time, excellent non-stick performance. You can start using this 18 cm crepe pan immediately without any seasoning procedure. The design with a low rim and slightly angled interior makes it easy to flip your crepes. The properties of carbon steel also allow you to use the pan for other dishes. Works on all heat sources, including open flames and on the grill.
Carbon steel products should be cleaned only with hot water; do not use dish soap. Dry the pan thoroughly and finish by applying a thin layer of oil to the cooking surface to easily maintain it. Do not soak a carbon steel product or let it air-dry, as this may cause it to rust. A pot holder is recommended, as the handle may become hot.
