Bound to stay at home, I crafted my first candles in my small kitchen in Amsterdam. A palette of colour filled my home with light and creativity.

Complaints because many candles are damaged will be ignored. I find that extremely unprofessional. My customers don't buy goods with so many defects. The designs are beautiful, but if there are errors, it ultimately becomes irrelevant. It's a shame that you can only settle this through OC and have to chase your money here and rather risk losing customers completely, because of course I won't shop here again. Too bad
Reklamationen, weil viele Kerzen beschädigt sind, werden ignoriert. Ich finde das extrem unprofessionell. Ware mit so vielen Fehlern kaufen meine Kunden nicht. Die Designs sind schön, aber mit Fehlern ist das dann letztendlich irrelevant. Schade, dass man das nur über OC regeln kann und hier seinem Geld nachlaufen muss und lieber riskiert, Kunden ganz zu verlieren, denn hier kaufe ich natürlich nicht wieder ein. Schade
