Harold's is now in its third generation developing and producing high-quality leather bags. Founded and based in Obertshausen/Germany, Harold’s has developed over the years into a pioneer of sustainable production and 100% vegetable leather tanning. Carefully selected materials and traditional craftsmanship form the basis for today's bag production. Long-term collaborations and active exchange of know-how with international partners in Colombia and India ensure the quality standard and form the basis for the collections.
Thilo Schmelz joined the company in 1999. As a trained architect, he compares a bag to a house that people like to live in: it is thoughtfully developed in form and function, durable in design and use and made from authentic materials. This way of working determines the qualitative and aesthetic appearance of the Harold’s brand today. Harold‘s entwickelt und produziert bereits in dritter Generation hochwertige Ledertaschen. Gegründet und ansässig in Obertshausen/Deutschland entwickelte sich Harold’s im Laufe der Jahre zu einem Vorreiter der nachhaltigen Produktion und der 100% pflanzlichen Ledergerbung.
