There is a little story behind Happysoy. Our journey began in December 2019 when we started pouring soy wax scented candles in our basement. Why candles? Quite simply: we wanted to create something that was sustainable, appealing and personal, a gift that came from the heart. Because let's be honest, finding the perfect gift can be quite stressful. It should be stylish, sustainable, plastic-free and have a loving message. That's exactly what HAPPYSOY makes possible. Handmade soy wax candles in an elegant glass, refined with a special message on grass paper labels: vegan, plastic-free and wonderfully scented. And that scent? It had to be something very special. After many experiments and with the support of a Bavarian fragrance manufacturer, we created Miaflora, inspired by our daughter Mia. 99% of our family, friends, neighbors and first customers were immediately enthusiastic. So it was clear to us: Instead of offering many different scents, we would focus on one scent that is really convincing and complement it with a variety of inspiring messages. Our small candle foundry grew quickly: from the basement to the garage, then to our own premises in the neighborhood. In August 2024 we were able to expand again and are now working together with our great team in our own factory near Munich.
