For a perfect infusion, we recommend using 1 teaspoon per cup and steeping it in water at 80-85 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. To optimize the effects of this delicious infusion, it is recommended to add a small amount of fat (hemp seed oil, coconut oil, etc.).
After a night out, it is best to drink this infusion immediately after returning home. You can drink a whole cup or, even better, prepare a liter in a bottle to drink quietly.
