This fermented chicken bouillon is a veritable classic de la cuisine. Manufacture of part of fermented chickens, the bouillon is totally exempt from antibiotics and artificial additives. With a teneur optimal en minéraux, acides aminés et collagene, the bouillon is parfait pour réaliser a delicieuse soupe au poulet contre un rhume ou comme base pour a Tom Yam crémeux.
The bouillon is prepared delicately at 48 hours at 80°C, so that the nutritional value is optimal. Dégustez-le pure or utilisez-le comme base pour de nombreux plats savoreux. Grâce à la longue durée de conservation d'au moins 12 mois après la livraison, ce stock est oujours à portée de main.
