The idea for this came, as is so often the case, by chance, during an alpine hike we had the opportunity to enjoy a homemade lavender and rose syrup as a refreshment. A refreshing pleasure and, in addition to the classic elderberry drink, also something very special! In 2019 we had the vision of creating a high-quality, regional syrup from Lake Constance. With the brand name Genüssle, we really made our vision a reality. In times of fast consumption, we have made it our business to offer products that completely fit into the concept of enjoyment.
