How does the Everbright whitening kit work?
Step 1: Brush your teeth with the bamboo toothbrush. First moisten the toothbrush with water and dip the bristles in the charcoal teeth whitening powder. Brush for 2-4 minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Step 2: Customize the whitening mouthguard. Immerse the mouthguard in hot water (70-80°C) for 10-12 seconds. Bite into the mouthguard with your upper teeth. Gently press your upper lip to further mold the whitening tray to your teeth. After 10-15 seconds, remove the mouthguard from your mouth and place it in a glass of cold water. Do this for about 10 seconds to maintain proper form. Repeat the above steps for the bottom of your teeth. Cut the edge of the bit at the level of the gum line.
Step 3: Apply the whitening gel to the whitening bits. Use about 0.5 ml for both the bottom and the top. Put the whitening bits in your mouth for 30-45 minutes to whiten the teeth. Remove the mouthguards and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Clean the bits with cold water and store them in the appropriate container.

Hoe werkt het gebruik van de whitening set van Everbright?
