The Berlin label for fine stationery with a sophisticated design: Edith stands for neat paper goods, designed with a big heart and lots of love for happy occasions for friends and family. All products, including postcards and folding cards, wrapping paper and posters, are made exclusively in Germany. Edith is characterized by environmentally friendly production and the selection of high-quality materials. Who is behind it? Behind Edith is Katrin Rohns, a communication designer with roots in Aachen and living in Berlin. During my studies in Aachen I discovered my love for paper. Books, magazines and posters were my medium to bring my ideas to life. I always found it great to have a finished product in my hands at the end of a project. Beautiful illustrations on high quality paper make my heart beat faster. Why the name Edith? When it came time to give my stationery a suitable name, I started thinking about how I would be connected to this project. Since my grandmother Edith had passed away before I was born, photos and letters were a great way to get to know her. The stories and tales of my parents became much more tangible for me. A personal connection with her developed. Sharing messages, thoughts and memories on paper makes you feel closer to people. So I decided to name my stationery after my grandmother Edith.
