This is a simple, but solid hunting knife with a light wooden handle. The 440C steel blade is hollow ground and has a practical stainless steel crossguard. Thanks to its high acid and rust resistance, combined with excellent cutting power, this steel is also used for surgical instruments. The knife comes with a handmade leather sheath with belt loop. The family roots date back to the beginning of the 20th century. Until the 90s of the last century, the focus was on the production of utility knives for agriculture and households. With the start of the foundation of a company, especially for hunting and outdoor equipment in 2005, the focus shifted to the import and from 2012 on the production of own hunting and outdoor knives. At the same time, Ed Mahony started to develop and design kitchen knives together with Ernst Siebeneicher-Hellwig, a renowned knifemaker and book author in Germany. All kitchen knives are made in smaller workshops, either in Japan or China.
