Information

This is a delicious olive oil with a rich, full flavor and a deep green color. The oil is made from a blend of selected arbequina and picual olives, harvested early in the season in the mountains of Alicante and cold pressed.

On the palate the oil has a fruity entrance reminiscent of green banana and fresh grass, with a slightly spicy aftertaste that gives it character. It is a very expressive oil that is perfect for cooking, dressings and dipping.
