The people at Customform packaged the order well and had it delivered quickly. Communication regarding delivery also went well. The only improvement that affects the ordered item and related items is that the product description itself is missing a lot of important information. Sometimes I had to get them from other dealers of the same product or directly from the dealer via email. The inquiries were answered quickly.
Die Leute von Customform haben die Bestellung gut verpackt und schnell liefern lassen. Die Kommunikation zur Lieferung ist ebenfalls gut verlaufen. Die einzige Verbesserung die den bestellten Artikel und artverwandte betrifft ist dass in der Produktbeschreibung selbst viele wichtige Angaben fehlen. Teils musste ich sie mir über andere Händler des gleichen Produkts oder direkt per email beim Händler einholen. Die Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Meubels wijken af van de kleur. Dacht zwart maar is meer licht groen naar grijs. Daarnaast is het niet mogelijk om met ze te communiceren/chatten. De functie staat uit. Dus bleven we in het ongewisse wanneer de bestelling geleverd zou worden. Uiteindelijk wel redelijk snel geleverd
