OUR HISTORY
It all started with an entrepreneur with a dream of living in the country. All his life Antonio Gentile has lived in the city, where for years he worked in the digital and services sector, founding and managing several companies. But a part of him has always been fascinated by the idea of rediscovering a simpler and more authentic lifestyle, a reality more on a human scale. The decision to move to the countryside marked the beginning of a new chapter and at the same time a return to his origins; in contact with nature he discovered the pleasure (and the hard work!) of working with his hands, like his grandparents. He discovered the unmistakable taste of genuine food, which comes directly from the earth to the table, and the pleasure of sharing it with others. Thanks to the precious help of his wife Daniela, a biologist, he has transformed these small culinary experiments into a line of products that preserve all the care, authenticity and goodness of homemade preparations. This is how Compagnia Gentile was born.
