ABOUT THE ARTIST
Paula Weise is inspired by graphical patterns that are human made or industrial. She combines these with soft shapes (natural, creative, irregular) to enable that contrasts meet up.
Inspiration for the grid love edition came in particular from the urge to be able to navigate the paper when wrapping. Combining these with more fluid elements created strong-coloured patterns.
In general Paula is a creator. She loves to work on various projects and crafts. She therefore does not see herself to be an artist in the common sense.

We are not limiting ourselves in the choice of artistic craft - the composition and appearance defines whether a motive works for gift wrapping or not. Our papers are of high quality and produced with a cradle-to-cradle philosophy. We care about nature - and believe that sustainable everyday products are of essence.
