Toddlers hide in the house, kindergarten children practice their fingers at the small windows or the motor labyrinth, preschool children learn to tie the laces on their shoes. And the adults are happy that instead of environmentally damaging toys that the children will soon throw away, they have a solidly made wooden toy that the grandchildren will still enjoy.
What activities does the cottage offer?
On the roof there is a black chalkboard and an inlay game with different shapes. For example, on the walls there are zippers, a lamp with a touch switch, a drawer, an alarm clock, a motorized labyrinth, buttons and of course small windows and doors with latches. We've tried it out and found that constantly opening, closing, blinking, calling "peep" to each other, throwing toys in and out again is just a lot of fun. The house is big enough for several 4-year-old children to play and hide in.
What does it develop?
As you can read in our tour of the cottage, where we describe all the elements in detail, the cottage develops creativity, sensory perception and logical thinking. The children train their fine motor skills in a playful way and strengthen the eye-hand connection. With more demanding elements, such as fastening buttons or snap fasteners, they learn concentration and patience.
The BusyKids little house is a meaningful wooden toy, inspired by Montessori education, which, unlike many of these blinking and pretending monsters, really develops children. It not only finds grateful use in families, but is a good investment for kindergartens, crèches and children's groups. Each piece passes through our hands many times. Except for laser cutting, which accounts for around 2% of the entire production, everything is handmade. The house consists of six panels, so if you don't have a lot of space for the house, you can just get out one activity board.

Das Häuschen ist ausreichend groß, damit bei ihm mehrere etwa 4 Jahre alte Kinder spielen und sich auch verstecken können.
