In the gentle manufacturing process, Ben’s Ginger is not cooked, but only pasteurized shortly before filling. In this way, the existing nutrients are retained. Ben's Ginger is refined with lemon and lime juice, a little brown raw cane sugar and a dash of almond syrup. This creates a unique taste experience. Convince yourself!
