Manuela Opromolla founded Aulettas Gold ® in 2019 with the aim of supporting her family in southern Italy by selling her own olive oil. However, when she found out during the harvest in November 2019 that in Auletta only a small part of the olives had been processed into oil for a long time - because it was no longer worthwhile for the olive farmers - she decided to act. Since August 2020, Manuela has been working with the local cooperative to not only support her family but the whole village to distribute this unique and sustainably produced liquid gold all over the world. Since olive oil of the highest quality has been produced in Auletta since 1131, the founder's main focus is on preserving the tradition, passion and motivation of the olive farmers, so that they are fairly rewarded for their work, so that many people can continue to do so for a very long time time to enjoy Aulettas Gold.
