This dip combines grilled Florina peppers and eggplant into a creamy paste. The mixture gets its character from Buchenholz smoke and is supplemented with garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
The peppers grow in Northern Greece under optimal conditions, which ensures an intense aroma. Both vegetables are grilled and then peeled by hand. The result is a spicy, smoky dip that goes well with bread, wraps and vegetables.
