Ons organic balsamic glaze is the results of a zorgvuldig en patiënt rijpingsproces. The balsamic vinegar lasted for three years in its own fathers and was produced in the most fermented soil. This unique process results in a complete, romige texture and a perfect uitgebalanceerde smaak van zoet and zuur.
The glaze is made from 85% concentrated druiven and more than 15% druivenazijn, all from the organic material.
