This is a liquid fish oil from Arctic waters with added vitamin D. It contains the important Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which you normally get from oily fish. This supplement is useful if you don't eat a lot of oily fish.
The daily dose provides the same amount of EPA and DHA as more than half a herring. These fatty acids support your heart, eyes and brain. The product has orange flavor and comes in a dark glass bottle.
