Arber is a sincere and straightforward brand that connects with its users and the environment. Our blouses are handmade in our atelier in Hanoi, Vietnam. We believe it is crucial that all our employees, and the entire production process to which they contribute daily, are in safe hands. That’s why – together with a local partner – we have our own atelier in Vietnam, which specializes in producing tailor-made shirts and blouses. The ShirtbyHand production house employs 75 members of staff, all working under fair conditions. They ensure a secure and pleasant working environment, a maximum of 45 working hours per week, a spacious environment with modern equipment, and and a salary that is 20 percent higher than the local standard. Our factory is BSCI certified. They produce unique shirts for ShirtbyHand and the blouses for Arber Studio. Therefore, it is possible to work with very small numbers, so we can keep our stock small and have very low waste.
