Pierwsza fala: cytryna. Pochodzący ze świeżo obranego grejpfruta, limonki i suszonej trawy cytrynowej.
Druga fala: przyziemna. Pochodzący z kardamonu i kolendry.
Trzecia fala: papryki. Papryki nadają ginowi więcej treści. Najciekawszą papryką jest papryka Timut z Himalajów. Ten pieprz ma wiele nut cytrusowych i dlatego przywraca nuty pierwszej, cytrusowej, fali.

The Drunken Horse Gin is a small batch, London Dry gin produced in our distillery in Vremde, Belgium. Our multi-awarded gin is super smooth thanks too our 21st century kettle and has 3 flavor waves:
The first wave: citric. Coming from the freshly peeled grapefruit, lime and dried lemongrass.
The second wave: earthy. Coming from the cardamom and coriander.
The third wave: peppers. The peppers give the gin more body. The most curious pepper is the Timut pepper from the Himalayas. This pepper has many citric notes and therefore brings back the notes of the first, citric, wave.
