Drugi krytyczny przełom twórczy nastąpił, gdy szukałam własnego podejścia do tekstyliów stołowych i wartości, które wraz z produktami chcę przekazać swoim klientom. Dowiedziałem się, że chodzi o tworzenie więzi/związków i budowanie tradycji. Pozwólcie, że wyjaśnię: Relacje między członkami rodziny, krewnymi, przyjaciółmi i kuzynami powinny być ważne. Kiedy istnieje tradycja, znacznie łatwiej jest budować relacje - posiadanie tradycji, aby zebrać się przy stole na niedzielne śniadanie lub piątkową kolację, jest naprawdę dobrym budowaniem relacji. A jak jest tradycja – nie możesz jej złamać!
Pracownia tekstyliów stołowych to dziś mała rodzinna firma, w której na co dzień pracujemy – mama Daiva i córka Evelina. Imiona zainspirowane do stworzenia EVADAY, to Evelina + Daiva. Bez związku matki i córki, poszukiwania kompromisów, dążenia do wspólnych celów i tradycji, które pielęgnujemy we własnym domu, EVADAY po prostu nie mógłby istnieć. Oto, na co pracujemy.
Naszym celem jest przedstawienie dekoracji stołu jako oczywistego procesu - stylowego, prostego i dostępnego dla każdego. Wierzymy, że dekorowanie stołu nie wymaga inwestycji ani zrozumienia wnętrza. Zajmuje trochę chęci i trochę czasu. Celem EVADAY jest dotarcie do każdego, kto ceni sobie relacje z bliskimi, piękno domu, estetykę i wartość długowieczności. Wierzymy, że tradycje mogą żyć w każdym domu.
EVADAY na każdy dzień! EVADAY appeared when I understood that I want and I have to create beautiful things. First of all, table textile - tablecloths, napkins, table decor elements. The second critical creative breakthrough came when I was searching for my own approach to table textiles and the values I want to pass on to my clients along with the products. I found out that it is about creating a connection/relationship and building a tradition. Let me explain: Relationships between family members, relatives, friends and cousins should be important. When there is a tradition, it is much easier to build connections - having a tradition to gather around the table for Sunday breakfast or Friday dinner is an actual good relationship builder. And when there is a tradition - you can’t break it!
The table textile studio today is a small family business, in which we work every day - mother Daiva and daughter Evelina. Names inspired to create EVADAY, it's Evelina + Daiva. Without our mother and daughter connection, searches of compromises, the pursuit of common goals, and the traditions that we cherish in our own home, EVADAY simply could not exist. Here’s what we work for.
Our goal is to present table decor as a self-evident process - stylish, simple and accessible to everyone. We believe that decorating a table does not require investment or understanding of the interior. It takes a little desire and a little time. The goal of EVADAY is to reach anyone and everyone who cherishes the relationship with loved ones, the beauty of the home, the aesthetics, and the value of longevity. We believe that traditions can live in every home.
