De Gin met een vleugje Himalaya. De Drunken Horse Gin is een kleine batch, London Dry gin, geproduceerd in onze distilleerderij in Vremde, België. Onze meermaals bekroonde gin is superglad dankzij onze 21e eeuwse waterkoker en heeft 3 smaakgolven:
De eerste golf: citroenzuur. Afkomstig van de vers geschilde grapefruit, limoen en gedroogd citroengras.
De tweede golf: aards. Afkomstig van de kardemom en koriander.
De derde golf: paprika's. De paprika's geven de gin meer body. De meest merkwaardige peper is de Timut-peper uit de Himalaya. Deze peper heeft veel citroenachtige tonen en brengt daarom de tonen terug van de eerste, citroenachtige golf.
Probeer onze unieke creatie te delen en waag je in het onbekende The Gin with a touch of the Himalayas. The Drunken Horse Gin is a small batch, London Dry gin produced in our distillery in Vremde, Belgium. Our multi-awarded gin is super smooth thanks too our 21st century kettle and has 3 flavor waves:
The first wave: citric. Coming from the freshly peeled grapefruit, lime and dried lemongrass.
The second wave: earthy. Coming from the cardamom and coriander.
The third wave: peppers. The peppers give the gin more body. The most curious pepper is the Timut pepper from the Himalayas. This pepper has many citric notes and therefore brings back the notes of the first, citric, wave.
