Ho ordinato 46 coltelli come regali di Natale per il mio staff; senza dirmelo Laguiole ne ha spediti solo 4, e solo dopo la mia richiesta ho dovuto sapere che questi 4 erano gli ultimi in stock - 6 giorni prima di Natale! Anche dopo aver chiesto un'alternativa urgente Laguiole non ha risposto. Quindi: nessuna raccomandazione!!
I ordered 46 knives as x-mas presents for my staff; without telling me Laguiole only sent 4, and only after my request I had to learn that these 4 were the last ones in stock - 6 days before Christmas! Even after I was asking for an urgent alternative Laguiole didn't answer. So: no recommendation!!
Sono molto deluso che 3 scatole siano arrivate rotte, come posso rimborsare le tre scatole?

Non siamo affatto soddisfatti della consegna. Gli articoli erano sciolti nella scatola e diversi articoli erano rotti o danneggiati. Abbiamo contattato immediatamente ma abbiamo ricevuto solo la risposta; “Grazie per la segnalazione” e basta. Contattato nuovamente per chiedere come è stato risolto ma non ha ricevuto risposta. Molto sfortunato perché so per esperienza che questo marchio è di buona qualità, ma il servizio apparentemente non vale niente.
Wij zijn helemaal niet tevreden over de levering. Artikelen lagen los in de doos en verschillende items ware, daardoor stuk of beschadigd. We hebben meteen contact opgenomen maar kregen alleen het antwoord; “Bedankt voor de melding” en daar bleef het ook bij. Nog eens contact opgenomen met de vraag hoe het opgelost werd en heb geen antwoord terug gekregen. Heel jammer wantij weet uit ervaring dat dit merk kwalitatief goed is, alleen de service is blijkbaar waardeloos.
