La prima ondata: citrico. Proviene dal pompelmo appena sbucciato, dal lime e dalla citronella essiccata.
La seconda ondata: terrosa. Proveniente dal cardamomo e dal coriandolo.
La terza ondata: i peperoni. I peperoni danno più corpo al gin. Il peperone più curioso è il peperone di Timut dell'Himalaya. Questo pepe ha molte note citriche e quindi riporta le note della prima, citrica, onda.

The Drunken Horse Gin is a small batch, London Dry gin produced in our distillery in Vremde, Belgium. Our multi-awarded gin is super smooth thanks too our 21st century kettle and has 3 flavor waves:
The first wave: citric. Coming from the freshly peeled grapefruit, lime and dried lemongrass.
The second wave: earthy. Coming from the cardamom and coriander.
The third wave: peppers. The peppers give the gin more body. The most curious pepper is the Timut pepper from the Himalayas. This pepper has many citric notes and therefore brings back the notes of the first, citric, wave.
