1. La confezione è diversa da quella nelle immagini. Non dovrebbe esserci una base di carta bianca, come nelle immagini, ma in realtà ce n'è una. Il problema è che è diventato parecchio sporco, essendo a diretto contatto con il cioccolato. Il prodotto quindi non può più essere offerto ai clienti perché ha un aspetto pessimo. 2. 5 articoli erano rotti e in alcuni articoli i pistacchi sopra il cioccolato erano schiacciati. 3. Il servizio clienti di Orderchamp è stato in grado di offrire solo un coupon da 50 euro con scadenza tra 13 giorni e ha notato che un rimborso può essere effettuato solo dopo che il venditore ha verificato il problema. Il motivo per cui la verifica non è stata effettuata fino ad ora non è noto: nessuno può rispondere a questa domanda. La denuncia è stata presentata il 13 novembre 2021.
