Le nostre camicette sono realizzate a mano nel nostro atelier ad Hanoi, in Vietnam. Riteniamo fondamentale che tutti i nostri dipendenti, e l’intero processo produttivo a cui contribuiscono quotidianamente, siano in mani sicure. Ecco perché, insieme a un partner locale, abbiamo il nostro atelier in Vietnam, specializzato nella produzione di camicie e camicette su misura. La casa di produzione ShirtbyHand impiega 75 dipendenti, che lavorano tutti in condizioni eque. Garantiscono un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e piacevole, un massimo di 45 ore lavorative settimanali, un ambiente spazioso con attrezzature moderne e uno stipendio superiore del 20% rispetto allo standard locale. La nostra fabbrica è certificata BSCI. Producono camicie uniche per ShirtbyHand e camicette per Arber Studio. We are proud of our quest, skills and collection. We believe that today’s fashion industry should resist mass consumption and overproduction; instead, we stand for buying less and buying better. Arber is a sincere and straightforward brand that connects with its users and the environment.
Our blouses are handmade in our atelier in Hanoi, Vietnam. We believe it is crucial that all our employees, and the entire production process to which they contribute daily, are in safe hands. That’s why – together with a local partner – we have our own atelier in Vietnam, which specializes in producing tailor-made shirts and blouses. The ShirtbyHand production house employs 75 members of staff, all working under fair conditions. They ensure a secure and pleasant working environment, a maximum of 45 working hours per week, a spacious environment with modern equipment, and and a salary that is 20 percent higher than the local standard. Our factory is BSCI certified. They produce unique shirts for ShirtbyHand and the blouses for Arber Studio. Therefore, it is possible to work with very small numbers, so we can keep our stock small and have very low waste.
