Después de años de trabajar como diseñador en el mundo de la arquitectura, algo comenzó a picar. Durante mucho tiempo obtuve mi satisfacción artística diseñando edificios, pero eso ya no parecía suficiente. ¡Y echaba de menos dibujar! Definitivamente era hora de un cambio...
Una noche encontré esta cita 'Creo que todos deberíamos quedarnos despiertos hasta tarde y dibujar'.
Era exactamente como me sentía (y estoy seguro de que haría del mundo un lugar mejor).
Como STUDIOZWAANSTRAAT, ahora hago lo que más me gusta: ¡crear hermosas imágenes! Me inspiro en todo tipo de cosas diferentes, ya sea el contenido de mi gabinete de cocina o la forma en que las personas del otro lado del mundo toman su café. ¡Felicidad instantánea al ver un buen libro, una buena combinación de colores o una bonita pintura!

After years of working as a designer in the world of architecture something started to itch. For a very long time I got my artistic satisfaction out of designing buildings, but that seemed no longer sufficient. And I missed drawing! It was definitely time for a change…
One night I found this quote ‘I think we should all stay up late and draw’.
It was exactly the way I felt (and I am sure it would make the world a better place).
As STUDIOZWAANSTRAAT I now do what I love most: creating beautiful images! I get inspired by all different kinds of things, whether it is the content of my kitchen cabinet or the way people on the other side of the world have their coffee. Instant happiness at the sight of a nice book, a good color combination, or a pretty painting!
