Agricola Miglioretti es una finca que siempre ha estado ubicada en las colinas de Turín, el Valle de Miglioretti, con sus 13 hectáreas de tierra cultivable, ha albergado a la familia de agricultores de la que toma desde 1929 el nombre.
En los campos de nuestra finca hay varios árboles frutales centenarios, viñedos e invernaderos para el cultivo de hortalizas, todo ello diseñado para potenciar los ciclos naturales, reducir el uso de pesticidas y herbicidas para una producción de máxima calidad y con un sabor auténtico.
Emanuele Miglioretti creció en Pino, en las colinas de Turín. Una licenciatura en arquitectura y una experiencia de cinco años en el extranjero entre Canadá y Australia, que fue fundamental para revalorizar sus orígenes y su tierra natal.
En 2015 hace un cambio profundo en su vida, decide dejar la profesión de arquitecto para reencontrarse con sus orígenes y seguir su pasión innata por el gusto y el redescubrimiento de los sabores antiguos.
Así comienza la gran aventura que lo ve como protagonista en el regreso a la tierra y sus raíces. Obtuvo su diploma de sommelier y está totalmente comprometido con la creación de su propia granja. He becomes an agricultural entrepreneur and builds on the lands of 'Valle Miglioretti', inherited at the age of thirty from his grandparents and uncles, who have always been farmers.
