La Ginebra con un toque del Himalaya. Drunken Horse Gin es una ginebra London Dry de lotes pequeños producida en nuestra destilería en Vremde, Bélgica. Nuestra ginebra multipremiada es súper suave gracias también a nuestro hervidor del siglo XXI y tiene 3 olas de sabor:
La primera ola: cítrica. Procedente del pomelo recién pelado, lima y limoncillo seco.
La segunda ola: terrenal. Procedente del cardamomo y el cilantro.
La tercera ola: pimientos. Los pimientos dan más cuerpo a la ginebra. El pimiento más curioso es el pimiento Timut del Himalaya. Este pimiento tiene muchas notas cítricas y por lo tanto recupera las notas de la primera ola cítrica.

The Drunken Horse Gin is a small batch, London Dry gin produced in our distillery in Vremde, Belgium. Our multi-awarded gin is super smooth thanks too our 21st century kettle and has 3 flavor waves:
The first wave: citric. Coming from the freshly peeled grapefruit, lime and dried lemongrass.
The second wave: earthy. Coming from the cardamom and coriander.
The third wave: peppers. The peppers give the gin more body. The most curious pepper is the Timut pepper from the Himalayas. This pepper has many citric notes and therefore brings back the notes of the first, citric, wave.
